During the 2009-10 skating season, Iced Energy was represented by six teams:
Elementary, Juvenile, Pre-Novice, Novice, Adult-1 and Adult-3.

Tryouts for youth teams usually occurs in April and May.
Tryouts for Adult teams usually occurs in August.
Adult skill sessions are in the planning phases for May & June, please check back
for more information.
